Curva Bianconera ("Curva Bianconera", "we", "our" or "us") is an independent fan app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Curva Bianconera mobile application (the "App") collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Joel Bendeck, based in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Contact: [email protected]

2. Information we collect

What we collect depends on the features you use and the permissions you grant. Features that need a permission keep working without it wherever possible, or simply stay off.

2.1 Account and profile

2.2 Match activity

When you join La Curva during a match, we record your participation in that match: when you joined, your chants (taps), reactions, the seat you pick in the virtual stand, and the city and country you appear under on the fan map. This powers the live, collective features other fans see during the match (for example, how many fans are singing and from which countries).

2.3 Location — city only, never coordinates

If you allow location access, your device's position is used on your device only to determine your city and country, and is then discarded. We never store or transmit your precise coordinates. Only the city and country are shared, to place you on the fan map. You can instead type a city yourself, or not appear on the map at all.

2.4 Heart rate (Apple Health / Apple Watch)

If you allow it, the App reads your heart rate (BPM) from Apple Health during a live match, for Il Battito. Your BPM is stored with your match participation for that match, and other fans only see an aggregate (for example, the average BPM of the Curva). Heart rate data is never used for advertising, marketing or data mining, is never sold, and is not used to make any medical or psychological assessment. The App is not a medical device.

2.5 Photos you capture

If you allow camera access, you can take a photo when Juventus scores. Photos are only taken when you choose to take them, with the front camera; the App never reads your photo library. When you submit a photo, it is uploaded to our storage provider and shown to other fans in that match's goal gallery and "Muro del Gol" mosaic. Other fans can report a photo; reported photos may be hidden and reviewed. You can delete your photos from the App.

2.6 Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. We receive and store the transaction identifier of your purchase to unlock features, to assign and keep your Fondatore number, and, if you entered a creator code, to credit that code.
